News-Inclusion of PM in Lokpal will bring instability: Pranab 30-07-2011

Bringing Prime Minister under the ambit of Lokpal would result in "institutionalised permanent instability" at the Centre, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said on Saturday.
